Sedan 2014 har Lunds universitet, med finansiering av Vetenskapsrådet, samordnat SWEAH, den nationella forskarskolan för åldrande och hälsa. Nu ansluter ytterligare tolv doktorander från Jönköping, Umeå, Lund, Stockholm, Karolinska och Göteborg. Som vanligt är en bred flora ämnesinriktningar representerade, med allt från effekten av högintensiv intervallträning, genetiska biomarkörer för skörhet och hur hjärnans hälsa påverkas av fysisk aktivitet , till bostadspolitiska åtgärder, samtal vid livets slutskede och social ojämlikhet.
